It installed okay for me. But it still has a glitch or two. When I click on the "save" button in the thesis admin area after making changes, I get the following errors:

Don't know what the issue is as I'm not much with coding. All the permissions are set to writable per their instructions.

But the changes STILL go thru and work anyway! So it's just annoying to see those errors until I can figure out what the prob is.

Haven't tried any of the new features yet but the theme is working for me.

2.0 is a ways off, but I would stay away from 1.83, it is very problematic and just stick with 1.82. Lost 4 sites because of it and rolled them all back. Forums are flooded with complaints and issues of 1.83. I still believe in Thesis and Chris Pearson, I just wouldn't use this version until it has been resolved. There have been 3 mini releases of 1.83 each with bug fixes but the same version number so be weary this may be one of the buggier versions of 1.83.

Yeah. That's my thinking also right now. I like Thesis, but like you say, it would be better to wait for awhile until they get the inevitable bugs out. I was trying this version on my test wp site to check it out as I try not to roll anything new out right away until I'm reasonably comfortable. v1.82 has been working great for me so no hurry to change yet.
