I mainly buy stuff off of fiverr and I had 30 orders that had been paid for that sellers were working on for me and another 30 that were just delivered that were not picked up/downloaded by myself yet. I've spent about $1000 on Fiverr in the last month.
Apparently the rare time I sell something I know now I made a mistake by telling the person to buy 2 gigs for the job. I'm assuming this is what got me blocked because I got an email from Fiverr saying those 2 gigs were cancelled by customer support. BUT they didn't send me any email saying they were closing my account or anything.
So I emailed them at like 7:30 this morning, normally they respond right away - they are not responding. If they don't reinstate my account - how do I get my money back??
Anyone ever got there account blocked then have fiverr agree to unblock it. I'm sick right now. PLEASE HELP! ANY ADVISE.
