Thread: Fiverr HELP! They Blocked my Account - Had 60 Bought Gigs Pending and Paid for!!!

I mainly buy stuff off of fiverr and I had 30 orders that had been paid for that sellers were working on for me and another 30 that were just delivered that were not picked up/downloaded by myself yet. I've spent about $1000 on Fiverr in the last month.

Apparently the rare time I sell something I know now I made a mistake by telling the person to buy 2 gigs for the job. I'm assuming this is what got me blocked because I got an email from Fiverr saying those 2 gigs were cancelled by customer support. BUT they didn't send me any email saying they were closing my account or anything.

So I emailed them at like 7:30 this morning, normally they respond right away - they are not responding. If they don't reinstate my account - how do I get my money back??

Anyone ever got there account blocked then have fiverr agree to unblock it. I'm sick right now. PLEASE HELP! ANY ADVISE.

I've asked buyers to place 2 gigs, sometimes, 3gigs, sometimes 5 gigs, and 10 gigs to get ONE gig done
but I've not got into any issue with Fiverr.

Wow, I don't understand it then. That is the only thing I sold and the only reason why they would have blocked my account

Yes, it's not allowed to ask for more than 1 gig for doing one gig, but the buyers must not report you. It looks like the buyer report you.

I hope there is a chance for you to get your account back active again. You can always register a new account, they dont use proxy checking etc, but then ur money will be lost

So far no luck - They have $125 of my money for orders paid for and not delivered to their sellers. How can they close my account, keep my money and not deliver the gigs?

I made a mistake by telling the person to buy 2 gigs for the job.

This is breaching of their TOS.

happen to me, you would be surprise what people report. Even if you do your job (gig) to the best done job, they still report.
I got my account reinstalled after I told them that I did not sell anything outside of fiverr site in the PM, they responded after 48hr, and it was okay.
But I done this via my private email.

Worth a try.

Plus I have pointed out that there are some gigs doing exactly the same. They accused me of selling in PM, which I didn't, and I did proved them wrong.
Account reinstalled after 1hr and 37min after that email.

Well I tried everything - begged and pleaded my case with them telling them I was not aware since other had done so. They gave me some generic response 1 time. Then every other support ticket was closed. So I turned it over to my Paypal Manager and am filing about 24 Disputes on them because I bought 24 Gigs and they won't let me login to download them. Idiots to say the least!!
