Ok ladys and gents. I found this somewhere else. firstly the legal blurb. If you use this database then it is considered spamming. Spamming is illegal and if you dont know what your doing then it could get you into a lot of trouble. Fines and inprisonment can be the penalty for being caught spamming. I am sharing this database for informational purposes only. I am not responsible for what you do with this information !

    download

too large for virus total, if you dont trust then dont download !

The database is zipped up into a tarball using the .tar.xz compression.

vist this website to find out more and download a tar.xz uncompressor. Other tar.xz uncompressors may be available, i just googled and this one looked the best to me. Feel free to use any of the others available.
    Code:

    Enjoy !

Downloaded this just to check it out.

Some of the files just have the email addresses and all the other information is missing. That raises a red flag to me. If anyone were to use this, I'd ignore those files.

    Something fishy here.

Total line count of these files: 4,175,547.

haveibeenpwned.com says there are 3,867,997 accounts compromised.

    Thats 307,550 extra accounts....

You'd email them. Although at this point. The emails are probably being hammered by everyone and thus are probably worthless at this point.

i was thinking… get the list cleaned… then import into inter spire on a server and mail it to YOUR offers…. so they'd have to opt into your REAL list themselves.

    thoughts?

but if you are mailing different stuff (thats related) than they are…. why would it really matter?

i mean just because someone is on 1 list, doesn't mean they never get emails from anyone else….

    No it doesn't.

    Code:
    256 IP * 250h = 64,000 emails an hr.

    64k * 24 = 1,536,000

    1,536,000 * 2.7 days = 4m

Even at being under the radar at 250 emails, you could do it in 2.7 days.

The numbers are linear if you decrease that down dramatically.

Lets say you only had 20 IPs and thats more than do-able. For a bit of money.

    Code:
    20 IP * 250h = 5,000 emails an hr.

    5k * 24 = 120,000

    4m / 120k = 33 days.

So quite simply, you don't know what you are talking about :)
