    This is too funny.

Some fool pays him $2k to learn how to make money and now he sells it for $9.95?

    Gimme a break! :)

Actually, I have to give it to him - that's actually a brilliant idea!

    Think about it:
You have the reputation that you make money doing something specific (IM, for example).
You have people following you, listening to you, buying your shit, etc.
Someone offers to pay you a couple grand to come and train with you.
You decide to go for it & record the experience - how & what you teach, etc.
You show how this person doesn't know a damn thing & say that by the time you're done w/ them, they'll be making money.
    So you record the training.
When you're done, you show off the results to prove how it worked.

You then edit all the content, write a sales letter (and/or video),
put it up on a site to sell it, then push a bunch of traffic to that site & blast it out to your list!

    BAM!! New product. Profitable. Done.

Personally, I think that's super smart.
The only thing that's funny about it is the price at which he's selling... which IS kinda funny when you think about it...
Guy pays you $2k & you sell the training for less than $10!

If it's that good, he should sell it for more. But whatever.

The idea makes total sense to me, and I'm going to use this to create an awesome product next time I mentor/train someone in real estate investing!

    Peace,
    TheBigDaddy

Actually, I was thinking about it the other way.

All the knowledge out there, is out there. Udemy, Bh forums, Youtube, you name it, its there.

On the sales page it summarizes just 5 steps. Which, if you have been around IM since 2009 (like I have). You'll know this stuff is copied and pasted everywhere.

So what I am saying is. A FOOL and his money are soon parted. This guy was sold down the river. I really do hope he got his monies worth. Or perhaps he is in on this little swindle.

At the end of the day. If you can't figure things out for yourself AND you need someone to show you something which YOU could have worked out for yourself. You have no business being in THAT business and deserve to fail.

I bought this on Sunday. The videos are a bit "Skanky" and hard to understand. No PDF file to read what this is all about.
Asked for refund but haven't received it yet.
The sales page was pretty good and it pulled me in.
I should have waited for the BHT review.

I have been online since 1997.....(now that really dates me, doesn't it) and what is tried and true is the power of information!

Now, personally, I would NOT have devalued my own program by offering it for $10.00.

That is, unless you have that as an overall broader strategy of up selling and cross selling and there is nothing wrong with doing that.

Anyway, the business model of coaching is a valid one.
