I cannot stand Anthony Aires. I bought a Kindle system from him a few years ago and it sucked. He would sit there and loudly sip his coffee while he made up his videos on the fly. It was total crap. Then he had a membership add on that he never contributed to. A complete scam artist. But, perhaps he is marketing this system from someone more reliable.

I do however appreciate the share and will take a hard look at it.

 

Glock, I know what you mean about those kinds of courses. I've had a few like that - they stink big time. You can't impart knowledge on the fly. It has to be planned or else most of the best info is either missed or skipped over with nowhere near the detail needed to implement it.

 

Great share, OP! I believe this will work best if we're subscribed to Rank Tracker as per demo from the sales URL? I was looking @ the free to $15/month membership...any ideas?

UPDATE: I had a chat with one of their sales rep as i wasn't sure about the maximum allowed 250 terms per month for the $15/month plan . You will see this under TERMS, right sidebar menu.

One Term = 1 search term tracked for 1 URL on 1 search engine.

Every URL/Term/Search-Engine combination counts as 1.

Every Local combination (i.e: different city) or a Mobile combination (differnt mobile device) counts as 1.

The terms limit of a plan is Total.
For example, The bronze plan's limit is 250. With this capacity you can have 5 URLs X 50 Terms each.

Unlimited URLs means that there is no terms restriction per URL,
So the actual URL number is unlimited up to the terms capacity in case of tracking 1 term per 1 url.

yep Rank Checker can save a lot of time checking your rankings automatically, which is a pain in the butt manually.
So it is worth your time to pay for their tracking service.. the plan you need would depend on how many rankings you want to keep track of.
Some things are worth paying for is they save your time.. You always have to ask yourself , how much is my time worth? and how much can a tool save me?

I Absolutely agree. Another reason why I am considering subscribing to Rank Tracker is that it can show you keywords a video can rank for, in the first page of Google before you even consider creating one. Part of the reason why Mr. Aires calls it "GProbe," i believe......

 

When it comes to tracking video rankings it may make more sense to use a tool like TubeViperX 2.0 which is a one time cost rather than a monthly fee. I think the tool is $77 or something like that and it supposedly tracks video rankings for you. It may not be as robust as the monthly Rank Tracker service, but if you're low on funds it could be a good alternative.

I decided to do a little research using the G probe system vs just creating video place holders using Live Events in the YouTube Video Manager. I decided t try ranking videos for 3 keywords using Anthony's system first. I did everything he shows in the videos including creating play lists and so on. Then I did the exact same thing exactly the same right down to the keywords, tags, and play list creation (EXACTLY the same for a fair comparison) but create place holder videos using Google Live Events. I did this after using Anthony's system and I used a different YouTube account. That account doesn't have any authority to it so I feel it's a fair comparison with the new account I created to test Anthony's system. Note I didn't include my keywords in the results below because I "might" target this niche. Also note that this is ONLY 3 keywords which is not a big sample.

Here's another thing to note. In this last keyword example for the Google SERP rankings you can see that Anthony's system didn't get my video in the top 10 pages while the Live Events ranked at the top of page 1. I had actually checked my ranking for my Anthony video in Google prior to my copy my test using Live Events and Anthony's system had my video at page 1 position #1 so basically once I created the Live Event video I not only bumped my video using Anthony's system I bumped it out of the top ten pages. To me this meant Google would only allow one such video and in this case chose the Live Events video.

Overall I think this sampling is too small to draw a conclusion, but I thought I'd share my results none the less. My belief is that both systems work, but I find the Live Events setup just a hair faster if done manually, which is what I did. I think the overall idea is a good one and is something I had considered prior to learning Anthony's system by using YT Live Events.

Could you please update us about the rankings on day 7? I find that sometimes, these can change..

Also, maybe next time you test, do also Google Hangouts Based on my own experience, I find there there isn't that much difference with YT Live Events, but these 2 can outrank the usual YT video. But again ,that is just my experience.....others claim otherwise

OT: From a previous course, Holly Stark ( of "easy Hangout Blueprint") suggests to delete a YT video from your channel, then re-upload it as a YT Live Event, in any case the former is ranking in the SERPs but NOT in the first page of Google. Works for me in most cases
