    Short review:

    Hi Guys,

    I have about 50 kg overweight now, because of the stress and laziness of the last years, so I have to do something now.

    I made today mornng the first tranining (Video TOD#1) from the 30 training videos.

    it was only 4 Minutes training + 4 Minutes rest between the exersices = 8 minutes together (50 % training - 50 % relaxation).

    30 seconds exercise - 30 seconds relaxation time, then the next exercise 30 seconds -- 30 seconds relaxation time, etc ...

    It was easy to do, however I feel that was really a hard training for the worked muscles - I like that feeling really. I feel now the muscles...

    I played the video on my notebook and followed what I have seen in it as exercises.

    I will do this every day following the next videos from the 30, because it was really very-very short time - 8 minutes, that is nothing and doable for me.

    He recommended, if you feel, you can repeat it again, so that would be 16 minutes instead of 8 minutes. (8 minutes pure trainng instead of 4)

    Honestly today I could not repeat it.

    What motvates me, that as I see, it is only 3 days/week training , so it means only 3 x 8 minutes=24 minutes a week (Video 1,2 and 3 on the first week). I thought that I have to train every day, but not. I like it :)

    Let's look at what it brings for me.

    A very helpful review! I have tried doing the TOD1 for 2 times and the feeling of the muscle is really good
    But I don't see a deep guide for these exercises. I don't know if I should do just 8 minutes everyday for the same video or skip 1 day then jump to the next video
    My plan is:
    Do TOD1 for 2 days. Starting from today. So I will do it for Monday and Tuesday (the same TOD1)
    TOD2: Wednesday, Thursday
    TOD3: Friday, Saturday
    Sunday: day-off, prepare for Week2

    Hope this will be good
