    FYI - Version 3.7.2 was released on 3/18. Looking forward to the update, if the fantastic team of group members is still up to cracking the code!

    Thank you all again for keeping us up-to-date all the way to this point!

    I already have it, just need to find the time to do it.

    I'll try to get it done within the next 2 weeks, but please don't hold me to it. :)

    Can someone tell me what is up with this after I try to install the sctipt? Congratulations! Config file and Database have been successfully created.

    Duplicate entry '2' for key 'PRIMARY' I have installed it on several servers and am getting the same thing. Help would be appreciated.

    Yes... you got one of my files where I forgot to remove something from the "calltrack.sql" file.

    If you're trying to install the last version I uploaded, do this.

    Look for the "calltrack.sql" file. Open it with Notepad. Scroll to the bottom and look for these lines:


    Code:
    INSERT INTO `users` (`idx`, `username`, `password`, `access_lvl`, `full_name`, `email`, `extra_notification_emails`, `notification_type`, `access_from`, `access_type`, `disable_outbound_link`, `allow_assign_phone_code`, `status`, `status_update_time`, `last_call_sid`)
    VALUES
      (2,'admin','21232f297a57a5a743894a0e4a801fc3',2,NULL,NULL,'',0,NULL,0,0,0,'ONLINE',0,'');
    Once you find them, delete them.

    Go ahead and clear your mySQL database so you can start with a fresh install.

    Then try the installation again.

    You will have no issues now.

    I get this error when I try to install and can't go anywhere from there::

    exception 'PDOException' with message 'SQLSTATE[28000] [1045] Access denied for user 'switchpo_calls'@'localhost' (using password: YES)' in /home/switchport/public_html/calls/include/db.php:59
    Stack trace:
    #0 /home/switchport/public_html/calls/include/db.php(59): PDO->__construct('mysql:host=loca...', 'switchpo_calls', 'mypass')

    Anyone know what's happening? Thanks in advance

    Hi Chowchow... never seen that error before, but it looks like an sql database error to me.

    Make sure your MySQL info is correct.

    Or you can wait a little longer for the new version.

    I finished nulling it last night and I'm testing it right now.

    Ok.... listen up my fellow BHTers,

    The new version of ACT v2.7.2 requires that you have an SSL Certificate installed on your domain. If you don't, the browser phone won't work.

    So I'm going to start a new thread with this version so I can explain that.

    If you upgrade, you'll need to have an SSL certificate installed.

    If you don't upgrade, well, you might have noticed that you can't place calls anyway because the latest updates on your browser made it so that your browser can only share microphone with a site that is on a secure server.

    That's why they made that upgrade to ACT as well.
